State Run Retirement Plans
As of 2017, eight states have enacted or are implementing some form of employment-based retirement legislation. As the bills move into the regulatory phase, and as other bills are introduced, NAPEO staff is engaged in ensuring that any final rules will not negatively impact PEOs or their clients.
NAPEO monitors and engages on tax issues that negatively impact not only PEOs, but also their clients including access to all applicable tax credits and tax deductions.
