All cancellations, additions, and changes must be submitted to NAPEO in writing. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made through Monday, August 27th. A $125 processing fee will apply to all cancellations to cover administrative and event preparatory costs. No refunds will be given on or after Tuesday, August 28th.
