File Formats

• .png

  These files are commonly known for their ability to support transparent backgrounds. Great for digital use directly or to combine images.

• .jpg

  A common file type for photographic elements. These lack the transparent background feature and are usually of a smaller size than PNGs.

• .pdf

  The file type mostly used to create print-ready documents. It is a universally accepted file format.

• .svg

  A graphic and illustration file format that works particularly well on websites. As vector files, SVGs can scale infinitely without pixelation.

• .eps

  Another vector file which can be scaled to any size without loss of resolution. EPS files can include vector graphics or raster images and are ideal for printing.
