NAPEO is committed to hosting a safe and successful 2021 Annual Conference & Marketplace in San Antonio September 27-29, and we are thrilled to be able to bring the industry together to reconnect, collaborate, and learn.
Ensuring the health and safety of our staff and attendees is our top priority. In consultation with the NAPEO Board of Directors, we have developed the following safety protocols:
Attendees will be required to provide EITHER proof of full vaccination OR a negative COVID test (rapid test or PCR), taken within 72 hours of arrival. The verification process will be conducted via the Clear HealthPass app. The app also includes a daily health check tool.
Attendees will be required to sign a COVID acknowledgement and release onsite.
Attendees are encouraged to wear masks indoors when social distancing is not possible, especially those who are unvaccinated. Complimentary masks will be provided. Currently, hotel staff are required to wear masks regardless of vaccination status, in accordance with Marriott policy.
Social distancing measures will be implemented in meeting rooms and event spaces.
Outdoor spaces will be utilized for social gatherings when possible.
Sanitizing stations will be available in key areas of the hotel including inside and outside event spaces, meal and beverage service areas, public restrooms, and congregating areas.
Plexiglass partitions will be installed in the conference registration area.
