About the Show    

NAPEO's Annual Conference & Marketplace is a must-attend event for vendors in the PEO space or those looking to break into the industry. This is your chance to showcase your business and all you have to offer, in front of your target market. The attendees at our conference are CEOs and executives, exactly the key decision-makers you want to be able to meet and connect with. It's also your chance to engage with your current customers to make plans for the coming year and highlight your new services.

Exhibitions foster business relationships and deliver unique value. Create valuable face-to-face interaction with your current and potential customers, expand awareness, and increase sales. Attendees consist of PEO CEOs, presidents, owners and other key decision makers within PEOs. Exhibiting at NAPEO’s 2023 Marketplace will provide your company tremendous exposure. In addition to exhibit space, sponsorship and customized advertising packages will allow you to maintain a high profile throughout the conference. Ask us how. 

Online Registration Process    

Your company will register all booth representatives and/or full conference registration representatives individually online with a choice two registration types.  Booth Representative registration is $495 per person and includes access to the exhibit sessions, general sessions, and the evening event. (Note: Booth representative registration does not include access to educational sessions beyond the general sessions.) Or a Full Conference registration is $795 per person and includes access to the exhibit hall, general sessions, breakout sessions, and evening event. Refunds will be issued for registration cancellations made on or before Monday, October 2, 2023. A $150 cancellation fee will apply. There will be no refunds after Monday, October 2, 2023. Registration fees are quoted at member rate.

Grand and Door Prizes    

NAPEO will announce raffle winners only during the closing Marketplace Reception on Tuesday, October 10th between 5:00pm – 6:30pm.  For exhibitors who want NAPEO to announce your raffle winner, exhibitors will complete the Exhibitor Prize Raffle Summary form and return to NAPEO’s booth no later than Tuesday, October 10, 2023 by 2:00pm to participate.
