Welcome to the NAPEO PAC

By donating to the PAC, attending our fundraisers or simply spreading the word to colleagues about the PAC’s mission, you are signaling your shared desire to give PEOs a seat at the table in Washington.

Supporting the NAPEO PAC isn’t blind political giving. It is an investment in the future of our industry. We focus not on party affiliation but on lawmaker’s ability to better the business environment for the PEO industry. The congressional inroads we’ve made are a direct result of our active and engaged PAC.

I hope you’ll join us in continuing to leverage the PAC to its full potential to ensure a prosperous road ahead for PEOs.

NAPEO President and CEO

PAC Fundraising

Contributions to NAPEO PAC are a critical component of NAPEO’s government relations program and help ensure we have a seat at the table in discussions about key issues affecting PEOs.We use the money we raise to target members of Congress who have oversight over critical issues affecting PEOs, as well as candidates running for open seats and former statehouse members who have a relationship with our industry. Your donations help reinforce existing relationships and open doors to elected officials who have a large PEO presence in their district or state.

For the 2025-26 election cycle, we’ve set a fundraising goal of $400,000. Click here to donate and help us reach this goal and better the future for our industry.

Take Home a Piece of NAPEO History on May 19

NAPEO PAC has purchased a barrel of Woodford Reserve bourbon through their Distiller’s Personal Select program. This unique blend of Woodford Reserve can only be obtained through NAPEO PAC and is available this year to PAC donors who have given or committed to giving $1,000 or more in 2025.

If you have not yet given to the PAC or would like to increase your donation to qualify for this promotion, please donate nowThere are only 180 numbered bottles.

We plan to release the bottles on May 19 at the PEO Capitol Summit PAC appreciation event, which is open to anyone who has donated to the NAPEO PAC in 2025. For donors who give $1,000 or more but do not imbibe, we have an alternative appreciation gift: a marble replica of the dome of the United States Capitol made from the marble of the actual east front steps removed during its renovation.

NAPEO PAC Holds Historic Fundraiser for Sen. Todd Young (R-IN)

Image

In January, we held a fundraiser in Washington that raised $56,450 for Sen. Todd Young (R-IN), a notable industry champion.

As COVID shutdowns were beginning in 2020, Sen. Young got the Treasury Department to allow PEO payroll statements to be used in lieu of an IRS Form 941 by PEO clients to apply for PPP loans, which saved the PEO industry. We are proud to continue this strong relationship.

NAPEO PAC Holds House Democratic Whip Katherine Clark’s (D-MA) Largest Single Fundraiser

Katherine Clark

During the 2023 NAPEO Capitol Summit, the NAPEO PAC sponsored a fundraising event for House Democratic Whip Rep. Katherine Clark (D-MA) that raised more than $32,000 — which was her largest single fundraiser to date. More than 30 NAPEO members attended this event.

NAPEO PAC Fundraiser Brings in $35,000 for Rep. Erin Houchin (R-IN)

Rep Erin Houchin (R-IN) is the only current member of Congress who has worked for a PEO and is a strong ally of our federal government affairs program. As a staunch industry supporter, she keeps us informed of legislative developments and ensures PEOs are considered as bills come up in the House Education and Workforce Committee.

We’re proud to have raised $35,000 — the single largest donation of her career — during a PAC-sponsored fundraiser for her during the 2024 PEO Capitol Summit.
