WIN’s Mission
Women in NAPEO (WIN) empowers women across the PEO industry to grow professionally and personally, build strong connections and develop as leaders. WIN brings together a community to share experiences, insights, best practices and career advice. You don’t have to be a woman to participate, and we encourage all NAPEO members, regardless of gender, to get involved in WIN.
This Year’s Focus: Developing Strong Leaders
This year, WIN is focused on helping women become more effective and confident leaders at every stage of their careers. Programming focuses on developing the skills needed to grow as a leader, from climbing to the C-suite and building strong teams to leading with influence, commanding a room and running effective meetings.

Enjoy an evening dedicated to celebrating and connecting leading women in the industry, with cocktails and mocktails, a fire dancer at dusk and a custom necklace made onsite.
