Support NAPEO Gives Back

The idea behind NAPEO Gives Back is to harness the "Power of Many" in the PEO industry and facilitate community involvement and charitable endeavors.

Raising $1 million and Counting

Beginning in 2019, NAPEO has facilitated community involvement and charitable endeavors. One of the key parts of the initiative is to raise money for a worthy local charity in the cities that host NAPEO’s Annual Conference & Marketplace in order to make a real difference for the host city.

NAPEO Gives Back 2026 Partner: Our Daily Bread Food Pantry

Our goal this year is to ensure Our Daily Bread has the vehicles they need to reach every family in need, including:

  • A van for community outreach and food drives
  • A truck for supermarket pickups
  • Repairs and upgrades to keep the fleet running

Why This Matters

Demand for food assistance in Collier County is rising, and transportation has become the biggest barrier. The pantry has more than 250 dedicated volunteers and the food to serve families, but without reliable vehicles, thousands of pounds of fresh food can’t reach everyone in need.

The Impact

Last year, the pantry filled 20,000 weekend backpacks for students, served 1,019 households at Saturday events and delivered food to 66,744 households through its mobile pantry. But with one truck out of service and another van frequently breaking down, every missed trip means missed meals. Together, we can leave Marco Island better than we found it by making sure no family there goes hungry because the food pantry couldn’t get to them.
