NAPEO has secured a special block of rooms at the JW Marriott Austin for registered attendees. Take advantage of our discounted rate of $339 per night (excluding taxes and fees). A booking link will be provided upon registration, which is expected to open in May. We highly recommend booking your accommodations early to ensure availability.

Reservations for exhibit booths at NAPEO’s 2025 Marketplace are now open for returning exhibitors! Returning exhibitors are contacted in turn based on their rank from NAPEO’s Exhibit Point System and can now return the Rental Agreement for Returning 2024 Exhibitors to select their booth from NAPEO’s Official Floor Plan. New exhibitors interested in securing a booth can complete the Rental Agreement for companies that did not exhibit in 2024 and email it to Nancy Benoudiz to be placed in line to secure exhibit space.
