Speaker Application Form for NAPEO’s Educational Events

Please fill out a separate form for each presentation you wish to submit. All submissions are reviewed by NAPEO staff and Education Committee members – application does not guarantee placement on a program. If you are confirmed as a speaker you must be able to abide by the NAPEO Speaker Guidelines.

  1. All presentations for NAPEO events should be specific to the PEO industry.
  2. Follow anti-trust rules.
  3. No commercialism! Speakers may not promote specific companies or products in their presentations or handouts.
  4. Preparation of PowerPoint presentation on NAPEO PowerPoint template (emailed to all speakers once selected and confirmed) to be included in conference proceedings manual and submitted one month prior to meeting dates.
  5. Panel presenters agree to participate in two planning conference calls to be scheduled in advance of the event at a time and date convenient to all panelists.
