2. Certification of the PEO’s financial reliability based on audited financial statements and quarterly financial reporting for all PEO entities under common ownership control;
3. Certification of compliance with important federal and state laws and financial, ethical and operational best practices; and
4. Over $15 million in surety bonds held in trust to assure this PEO’s financial performance.
