What Will Membership Cost?
Membership dues for NAPEO are based on the company’s annual payroll. You must indicate wages for the entire business entity, including wages of internal staff of the PEO, affiliates and regional offices offering professional employer services. A franchisor applying for membership who intends to confer any NAPEO membership benefit on franchises must include those franchises in calculating membership requirements unless the franchisee is independently a member of NAPEO.
Minimum NAPEO dues per company are $5,000 (no maximum dues). To calculate annual payroll, please enter your 3rd quarter 941 wages and annual wages for temporary staffing.
Next, your annual wages for temporary staffing arrangements are subtracted by this sum. The result is rounded to the nearest million, leaving us with the net annual wage base that is used to calculate NAPEO dues.
The minimum NAPEO dues per company are $ 3,000. There are no maximum dues.
Dues are determined at the rates below, based on Net Annual Wages rounded to the nearest million. Use our dues calculator above to estimate your membership dues.
