PEO Member Application Part Two
Company Information

Eligibility:

If your company is a PEO or is in the process of starting a PEO you can apply for PEO membership. If your company provides products or services to the PEO industry and is not engaged in the business of providing PEO services, you must apply as a service partner/associate member. Please email Nancy Benoudiz or contact her at (703) 739-8169 for assistance.

I certify that my company meets the above-described eligibility requirements forPEO membership.
I understand that all NAPEO membership dues are non-refundable, and requests to terminate membership must be submitted in writing. All memberships expire on December 31, 2026. I consent to receive notices or other communications via electronic transmission.

NAPEO PAC:

NAPEO PAC is seeking your authorization to provide communications to and solicit voluntary contributions from the senior executive team and management level employees of your company for the calendar year 2026. Providing prior approval to NAPEO PAC does not commit you or anyone else in your company to donate to the PAC. Instead, it simply provides NAPEO PAC permission to communicate with you and your senior management about the PAC and to solicit voluntary contributions. Please note below whether you authorize NAPEO to provide communications to and solicit voluntary contributions from the senior executive team and management level employees of your company. Please note that federal law prohibits corporations from approving solicitations by more than one trade association PAC per calendar year.

I certify that I have the authority to provide consent to NAPEO and NAPEO PAC to solicit the senior executive team and management level employees of the company in 2026. I also certify that the company has not granted solicitation permission to any other trade association's PAC for 2026.

NAPEO Code of Ethics:

The purpose of the NAPEO Code of Ethics is to establish ethical standards and minimum levels of conduct for the membership of NAPEO. We ask that all NAPEO members and prospective members read and acknowledge that they support the Code of Ethics before completing their membership application.

  • Members shall recognize that they must serve the public and their clients with the utmost professional conduct. In this respect, a member shall be honest, trustworthy, competent and ethical when managing the affairs of a PEO, and endeavor to pursue the public interest above its own.
