Marco Island, FL, September 16, 2026 — The National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) today announced Joe Beers of G&A Partners as the recipient of the 2026 Michaeline A. Doyle Award, the professional employer organization (PEO) industry’s highest honor.
The award was presented during NAPEO’s 2026 Annual Conference & Marketplace in Marco Island, Florida, where hundreds of PEO leaders and industry professionals gathered for the industry’s premier education and networking event.
Named in honor of Michaeline A. Doyle, the award recognizes an individual who exemplifies her legacy of leadership, service and commitment to strengthening the industry.
“Joe represents the very best of the PEO industry,” said Casey Clark, president and CEO of NAPEO. “Throughout his career, he has consistently given his time, expertise and energy to support NAPEO, strengthen our industry and, perhaps most importantly, help his PEO colleagues succeed. Beers is widely known throughout the PEO community for mentoring and supporting his peers and has been a longtime leader within NAPEO, serving on the association’s Board of Directors and chairing NAPEO’s Arizona leadership council.
