Alexandria, VA, October 6, 2026 — The National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) announced nine new members of its board of directors following the association’s 2026 Annual Conference & Marketplace in Marco Island, Florida.
The new board members represent professional employer organizations (PEOs) and industry service providers from across the country, bringing a broad range of leadership experience and expertise to NAPEO.
The new members of the NAPEO Board of Directors are:

- Joe Carfagno, founder and CEO, Clear Employer Services, Newtown, PA

- Chase Heywood, CEO, Stratus HR, Sandy, UT
- Andy Lubash, CEO, PrestigePEO, Melville, NY
- Christina Nelson, president, Pacific HR, Solvang, CA
- Sharlie Reynolds, vice president, Libertate Insurance Services, Orlando, FL
- Justin Worrell, managing director, governmental and regulatory affairs, Insperity, Inc., Kingwood, TX
