Marco Island, FL, September 18, 2026 — The National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) today announced that its 2026 NAPEO Gives Back initiative raised $300,628 for Our Daily Bread Food Pantry, a Marco Island-based nonprofit serving families in need throughout Collier County. The funds were presented during NAPEO’s 2026 Annual Conference & Marketplace, where hundreds of PEO leaders from across the country gathered in Marco Island for the industry’s premier education and networking event.
“Through our NAPEO Gives Back program, we are committed to leaving the communities that host our Annual Conference a little better than we found them,” said Casey Clark, president and CEO of NAPEO. “Whether we are helping small businesses grow, supporting employees or giving back to a community in need, that spirit of service is at the heart of what PEOs do. The NAPEO Gives Back program reflects the PEO industry’s commitment to helping people succeed.”
Our Daily Bread provides families across Collier County with access to nourishing foods helping to eliminate hunger throughout the region. The donation will help Our Daily Bread upgrade and maintain its fleet, including a van for community outreach and food drives, a truck for supermarket pickups and other vehicle repairs to help support families throughout the community. Last year alone, Our Daily Bread filled 20,000 weekend backpacks for students, distributed approximately 2 million pounds of food and nourished 67,000 households through its signature Saturday pantry and mobile distribution sites.
“This support from NAPEO and the PEO industry means we can keep our mobile pantries on the road, strengthen our community outreach and continue providing nutritious meals to families throughout Marco Island and Collier County,” said Evelyn Rossetti-Ryan, executive director of Our Daily Bread Food Pantry. “Our Daily Bread Food Pantry and our more than 250 volunteers are grateful to NAPEO and its members for investing in our community and helping us make sure that reliable transportation is never the reason a family goes without food.”
Since 2019, NAPEO Gives Back has raised more than $1 million for local charities in each city that hosts NAPEO’s Annual Conference & Marketplace, harnessing what the association calls the “Power of Many” across the PEO industry. NAPEO Gives Back supported Our Daily Bread in 2020 and other past beneficiaries include Anthropos Arts, Soldiers’ Angels, the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission and Give Kids the World.
