Exhibitor Information
NAPEO’s 2025 Annual Conference & Marketplace will take place at the JW Marriott Orlando Austin, Texas from October 6th to 8th.
Event registrations are not included in the booth rental fee. NAPEO offers three (3) registration options to choose from, and more information can be found on the rental agreement. Review exhibitor pricing and registration information on page 10 of NAPEO's Buyers' Guide. If you exhibited with us in 2024, we will contact you starting February 2025 to reserve booth space. Companies interested in exhibiting for the first time should email Nancy Benoudiz to be added to the contact list.
- Exhibitor Regular Registration: $495 per person and includes access to the exhibit hall and general sessions. (Note: Booth representative registration does not include access to educational sessions beyond the general sessions and does not include the Tuesday evening event.
- Exhibitor Full Registration: $895 per person and includes access to the exhibit hall, general sessions, breakout sessions, and the Tuesday evening event.
- Exhibitor Plus Full Registration: $1,850 per person and includes access to the exhibit hall, general sessions, breakout sessions, and the Tuesday evening event. (The Exhibitor Plus Full registration type is required when a company exceeds their 3-person maximum per each 10' of booth space).
Hotel Information: Registered guests will receive a link to book their hotel stay under our discounted room block rate of $339/night, before taxes and fees. We encourage you to book your hotel stay early.

Exhibitor Kit: Freeman's Exhibitor Kit will be available in July '25. Please note that your booth package does not include electrical service. More information about electrical services can be found in the exhibitor kit.

Registration Lists: As a valued exhibitor or sponsor, you'll have exclusive access to our event's registration list, offering a direct channel to promote your brand to Conference attendees. This platform enables you to expand your reach, engage with attendees and tailor your marketing efforts to resonate with our PEO members. Boost your brand visibility by showcasing your products and services, elevating your presence and generating valuable leads. Sponsors and exhibitors will receive the official registration lists on the following dates: September 8th, September 22nd, and September 29th. A post-event registration list will also be shared after the event concludes.
