Billy Sissamis serves as NAPEO’s vice president of finance where he oversees the organization’s accounting operations and leads efforts to modernize the Association’s financial strategies and systems.
Billy holds a Master of Science in Accounting from American University and brings 14 years of progressive experience in nonprofit accounting, having worked with a boutique public accounting firm focused solely on non-profit clients, a globally recognized think tank and a national trade association.
