Kerry Marshall is NAPEO’s vice president of marketing and communications, leading a broad-based effort aimed at improving the visibility and understanding of the PEO industry. She also oversees all of NAPEO’s internal and external communications – including its award-winning monthly magazine and website – and develops communications strategies for the association’s advocacy efforts.
Kerry has 30 years of experience in the communications field, with an emphasis on policy and business communications and strategic marketing. Prior to joining NAPEO, she ran Hen Communications, a communications consulting operation with a variety of clients, ranging from non-profit organizations to government agencies.
Kerry previously was assistant vice president for communications and media at the National Association of Manufacturers, where she spearheaded a number of innovative programs and served as a spokesperson on a variety of policy issues, including health care, workforce policy, and taxes. Prior to joining the NAM, she was head of communications at the ERISA Industry Committee.
