Kim Wareham is NAPEO’s member services/office manager, managing overall operations of NAPEO’s office facilities, ensuring the offices are properly maintained to provide a clean, comfortable and secure environment for staff and visitors.
Kim has more than 30 years of experience in office management. Prior to joining NAPEO, she managed overall operations of office facilities for 130-member staff and managed a 1.5 million operating and capital expenditures budget. She has considerable experience in negotiating and managing contracts, managing all aspects of internal and external office moves, working with vendors, managing construction projects with architects, engineers, designers and general contractors to ensure effective project planning.
