Nancy Benoudiz is NAPEO’s vice president of partnerships, leading initiatives that help companies grow their presence in the PEO industry and generate revenue for the association. She oversees the service partner membership portfolio, Medallion partnerships, advertising, event sponsorships, exhibit sales and new member acquisition.
Nancy brings a practical, results-driven approach to business development, working closely with senior leadership and industry stakeholders to align companies’ business and growth goals with NAPEO’s priorities. She has played a key role in expanding the service partner community and developing partnerships that increase member engagement and drive revenue growth.
Before joining NAPEO, Nancy held sales and leadership roles with Verizon Information Services, including a senior role in management training and leadership development focused on coaching sales leaders and improving team performance.
Nancy holds a B.S. in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from the University at Buffalo and completed Cornell University’s Financial Success for Nonprofits certificate program.
