Olivia Plemmons is a director of state government affairs at NAPEO, where she champions the interests of members through strategic advocacy and a deep expertise in state government relations. With a strong record of success over the past 7 years, she has led impactful lobbying campaigns, negotiated favorable policy outcomes, and built trusted relationships with lawmakers and stakeholders in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
Plemmons began her career at the Republican National Committee, where she managed over 30 campaigns across Metro Atlanta. While serving in this role, she earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Georgia State University’s Honors College in just two years, all while briefly competing on the University’s NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Team. She later worked at national law firm Hall Booth Smith, P.C. and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers.
Outside of her professional life, Plemmons enjoys spending time with her goldendoodle, Mulligan, and sharpening her golf game so that she can one day finally outperform her husband, Patrick.
