Find out More About NAPEO PAC

In order to get involved with NAPEO PAC, federal law requires that your company sign a PAC solicitation approval form.  Signing this form means you can learn more about the latest PAC activities and impact. It gives NAPEO PAC permission to solicit the top executives in your company for PAC contributions and to communicate with these individuals about the PAC. Signing the solicitation approval form does not commit you or your employees to contribute to NAPEO PAC.

NAPEO PAC Solicitation Form

NAPEO PAC Solicitation Form
NAPEO PAC is seeking your authorization to provide communications to and solicit voluntary contributions from the senior executive team and management level employees of your company for the calendar years 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029. The NAPEO PAC is executing a long-term plan designed to grow its membership and make the PEO industry a more active voice in the ongoing debates on key issues in Washington. For the PAC to continue to be successful, NAPEO members need to sign the PAC solicitation form.

The PEO industry is serious about advancing NAPEO’s federal legislative and regulatory agenda, so the PEO industry must engage with federal policymakers. The PAC is a critical part of this engagement effort, as it provides support to federal candidates who have a track record of championing the PEO industry.

Signing the form doesn’t commit you or anyone else in your company to donate to the PAC. Instead, it simply provides the NAPEO PAC permission to communicate with you and your senior management about the PAC and to solicit your voluntary contributions. Federal law prohibits corporations from approving solicitations by more than one trade association PAC per calendar year. Please sign for each year you authorize NAPEO to provide communications to and solicit voluntary contributions from the senior executive team and management level employees of your company.
