Requirements:
- NAPEO Member in good standing
- 3 years in the PEO industry within a PEO or Service Partner Company
- Age – Under the age of 45 by December 31, 2027
- Recommendation Letter from immediate/most recent supervisor
- 1 Essay Question – 250 words max
- Personal Statement/Letter (one-page max)
- Resume
- Previous Leadership Class members are not eligible to apply
