Now in its second year, the NAPEO NextGen Leadership program continues to recognize and celebrate emerging leaders in the PEO industry. This initiative offers standout professionals a unique opportunity to gain recognition, build connections and advance their careers.

Requirements:
- NAPEO member in good standing (PEO or associate member)
- 3+ years in the PEO industry
- 45 or under by January 31, 2026
- Resume
- Letter of recommendation from immediate supervisor
- 1 essay question (250 words max)
- Personal statement
